​Dawn Harflinger CFA
Chief Investment Officer and Partner

Dawn Lepeka Harflinger, CFA, is an accomplished investment executive with 20 years of experience in institutional asset management, real estate, and alternative investments. She advises nonprofits and private businesses on strategy, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. As former President and Chief Executive Officer of Liliʻuokalani Trust, she grew assets to $1.3 billion, leading real estate transactions across commercial, industrial, and hotel sectors, and was the first institutional investor in several West Coast-based crypto/blockchain funds. Dawn serves on the board of University Health Alliance Health Insurance and is a past president of CFA Society Hawaii.

Managing Partner

Sean Tadaki is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Commercial Asset Advisors, LLC, Hawaii’s leading independent commercial real estate brokerage firm. Sean’s professional experience includes representation assignments with prominent local, national (many of the Fortune 100 companies located in Hawaii) and international corporations. With over 30 years of experience, he brings a depth of knowledge on how to structure commercial properties to optimize value and yield the highest returns.

Sean is committed to making a difference in his community and serves on the Board of Directors of several community organizations, including Mental Health Kokua, Institute for Human Services, NAIOP and The Gift Foundation. In addition, Sean is locally and nationally recognized as a top producer in the Hawaii Commercial Real Estate Market, specializing in corporate leasing, healthcare real estate, and investment sales. Sean has been recognized in Hawaii Business Magazine’s 20 For the Next 20 and Pacific Business News’ “Top Forty Under 40”. He has also been named one of Hawaii Business Magazine’s Commercial Real Estate All-Stars, CCIM of the Year and CoStar’s Power Broker.
